SHIPPING

No order is complete until you are fully satisfied and nothing should keep our Elena Hofmann Design products from getting to you.

We ship from Austria to many countries around the world within 3 to 10 business days after placement of your order and receipt of your payment. However, expect longer delivery times for shipments outside the European Union.

Shipping and handling charges are based on destination regardless of the size and weight of your order.

  • AUSTRIA & GERMANY
    The standard shipping charges for Switzerland are 10 €.
    Orders to Switzerland may be subject to sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs. Please check the customs section below for more details.
  • SWITZERLAND
    The standard shipping charges for Switzerland are 21€.
    Orders to Switzerland may be subject to sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs. Please check the customs section below for more details.
  • UK
    The standard shipping charges for the United Kingdom are 18€.
    Orders to the UK may be subject to sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs. Please check the customs section below for more details.
  • USA
    The standard shipping charges for the United States of America are 21€ for packages with a maximum weight of 3kg. Orders to the USA may be subject to sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs. Please check the customs section below for more details.
  • INTERNATIONAL & SHIPPING TO THE REST OF EUROPE
    For international shippings and shippings to the rest of Europe the cost differ for each country and the cost for your shipping is clearly indicated during checkout process.

    Your Order will be shipped with GLS, DHL or by the Austrian postal service to the address you specified.

CUSTOMS

In case of shipments that are made to non-European countries, no VAT is charged. As soon as the ordered articles arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. By submitting your order, you concede to the import regulations of the respective ordered articles. Please note that import regulations vary from one country to another.

Please be aware that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by our courier, by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by Tassel Tales OG even when the ordered articles are returned. Usually, returned articles can be claimed with the respective customs office and the amount paid refunded.

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return an item.

We will give you a full refund within 21 days when your return is registered at our warehouse. Items returned for credit or exchange must be clean, unwashed, unworn, and with their original tags and packaging. Shoes and earrings must be returned with their original dust bags.

The return-shipping costs are to bear by the customer.

elenahofmann.com reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet its return policy requirements.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

ALL COUNTRIES

  1. Please click on the following link for your return label
  2. Package your return in the original bag or paper and box (we try to keep waste to a minimum; so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much you can).
  3. Returns can only be accepted with completed return forms. Fill in the returns note. Give the reason for your return and put the note in the parcel.
  4. Wait for your shipping representative to pick up your parcel.
  5. When returned items are received and approved, we will give you a full refund of your order – minus the return-shipping costs – within 21 days. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, please note that you will have to first return the item you wish to exchange and then proceed with a new „regular“ order.
